I definately had my doubts about doing this when I saw the river due to my lack of upper body strenght and zero swimming skills but this was such a rush.
Everyone who goes to Sabah should do this, I think I'm going to do it again :)
Sure its a 3 hour journey from Kota Kinabalu and your totally wiped out by the end of it but GO!
